Manuele Landini

Manuele Landini studied physics at the university of Florence and obtained his PhD from the university of Trento in Italy. After a two year post doc in  Florence where he worked on several topics in ultracold gases, he moved to ETH Zürich for a second post doc, focused on Bose-Einstein condensates coupled to optical resonators. Starting from 2019, he joined the group of Hanns Christoph Nägerl in Innsbruck as a senior scientist. Manuele's research is focused on the understanding of many-body systems of ultracold atoms and molecules in the context of quantum simulation. He is currently leading the efforts in the construction of a novel experimental apparatus based on an Yb tweezer array with cavity mediated interactions.
